In cooperation with the Utah Water Users Association, Uintah County & Duchesne County Water Conservancy District, Dry Gulch Irrigation Company, Uintah and Central Utah Water Conservancy Districts, Uintah Basin Association of Governments, Vernal Chambers of Commerce, Roosevelt City and Moon Lake Water Users Association. The keynote speaker will be announced. The water Summit will be held in Uintah County in February 2015.
