Notice of Request for bids for Leasing of Portions Located at the Morgan County Fairgrounds Morgan County is requesting bids for the lease of portions of property owned by Morgan County Fairgrounds for agricultural use from June 2018 through December 2018. Properties included are shown on maps available upon request from Mike Waite, Morgan County Public Works Director. 380 N. Industrial Road, the number on the organiser's page. Generally, the fields east of the fairgrounds (formally known as the east rodeo arena) and are identified as portions of parcel 00-0005-2363. Approximately 11 Acres Interested parties shall submit sealed bids to the Morgan County Clerk’s Office, Room 18 of the Morgan County Courthouse at 48 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah by Monday, February19th at 5:00 p.m. Bids will be awarded during the Morgan County Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 20, 2018. Morgan County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interests of Morgan County.
