3rd Thursday Meeting: Combined Teen and Adult Writer's Group: Meet in the Wonderland Conference Room (Teens have 30 mins to write while the adult writers group arrives for their 6:30 meeting) A gathering of brave young storytellers, the Mythmaker's Guild is a realm where imagination reigns and words wield power. Here, teen writers embark on epic quests of creativity—conjuring characters, building worlds, and sharing their tales with fellow scribes. Each meeting offers a mix of whimsical writing prompts, magical critiques, and story-forging camaraderie. Once each moon cycle, a visiting author from the wider realm joins our ranks to share their wisdom, offer guidance, and inspire new adventures. Whether you're penning poems, crafting novels, or dreaming up legends yet untold, the Guild welcomes all who seek to shape stories and share their voice. Step into the circle, sharpen thy quill, and let the mythmaking begin! 🐉🖋️✨ Weekly Thursday Schedule (6:00 – 7:30 PM) 1st Week: Teen Writing Time (Teen run, ages 13-18 only). 2nd Week: Peer Feedback/ Critique Mentorship (ages 13-18 only, teen run critique session). 3rd Week: Combined Writer's Group (Teens have 30 mins to write and then they join the adult writers group meeting at 6:30) 4th Week: Guest Author Presentation (Staff coordinated, teen run) 5th Week: Special Events (TBD - teen organized, open participation) Registration is not required. This club is for teens ages 13 to 18 only, weeks 1 and 2 may only be attended by teen writers.
