We invite all current Kindergarten parents who are considering Spanish Dual Language Immersion for 1st grade to join us for our Spanish DLI Parent Information Night from 5:30–6:30 PM. This evening is specifically for parents of incoming 1st graders who are interested in enrolling their child in the Spanish Immersion program. To keep the focus on learning and questions, this event is for parents only—nursing babies are welcome. During this informative session, families will gain a clear understanding of how the immersion model works, what to expect in 1st grade, and why bilingual education can be such a powerful advantage for students. If you’ve been wondering whether DLI is the right fit for your child, this is the perfect opportunity to explore the program and get your questions answered. Please note: Immersion Applications will be sent home to all current kindergarten students the following day in class and are due to the office by the end of the school day on February 5. Be sure to check your students take home folder. Families interested in joining the program for 2nd grade must also submit an application to the office by Feb. 5.
