Join us after hours for our annual Adult Halloween Ball as we haunt the second floor of the library! This year is themed on The Masque of the Red Death by Edgar Allen Poe. Step into Prince Prospero’s abbey for an evening of Suspense, Splendor, and the Macabre. We have something for everyone: snack in the ballroom then hunt down secrets hidden within the seven colored chambers, try your hand at mask-making and tarot readings, and wrap up the evening in our grand Black Ballroom to dance, and celebrate the costume contest winners as the ebony clock chimes its last. Ages 18 Only. Friday October 23rd from 7pm to 10pm Tickets go on sale on August 28th $10 per person - Tickets on sale below (online only) (Tickets subject to sales tax which equates to $9.25 ticket and $0.75 in sales tax) Formal & semi-formal attire and dressy costumes. Featuring: Bites and Mocktails A ballroom with a live DJ Fortune Tellers specializing in tarot, and oracle cards A Costume Contest with multiple winners (Best Mask, Best Gothic, Best Overall) A Riddle to Solve and more No Mask - No Problem.
