Giorgi Dgebuadze, Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia, will speak on BYU campus. Giorgi Dgebuadze is Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia and an Associate Professor of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU). He holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Cologne and has extensive academic and research experience in criminal law and international criminal law. In 2022–2023, he served as an invited specialist at the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court in The Hague. He has also served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law at TSU and as editor of the Constitutional Law Journal of the Constitutional Court of Georgia.
