Choose from more than 250 menu items including appetizers, flatbread pizzas, salads, pastas, specialties, fish and seafood, steaks, burgers, sandwiches, bowls and our legendary cheesecakes and desserts. Our entire menu is available all day, too. Our portions are large, and we don’t charge for sharing, or you can eat lighter with something from our appetizer, small plates and snacks, bites or SkinnyLicious® Menu. Yes, you can easily make and manage reservations when you log in to The Cheesecake Factory app. Only our Cheesecake Rewards® members have access to make online reservations. (Sorry, we do not take reservations by phone or email). We accept a limited number of reservations for parties of six or less up to 30 days in advance. Not a Cheesecake Rewards® member? Parties are seated in order of arrival based on party size. How do I make a reservation? You can easily make a reservation when you log in to The Cheesecake Factory app or online through your account dashboard. Only Cheesecake Rewards® members have access to make online reservations. Please note that multiple reservations may not be combined. We accept reservations for parties of six or less up to 30 days in advance and hold reservations for 10 minutes after your reservation time. How do I change or cancel a reservation? You can change or cancel a reservation when you log in to The Cheesecake Factory app or online through your Cheesecake Rewards® account dashboard. Can I call to make a reservation? Reservations for parties of six or less may be made online only through your account dashboard. For parties of seven or more, there are a few off-peak times when we would be happy to accommodate a large party, so please call your local restaurant and speak to a manager. We will be happy to answer any questions and guide you to the best times to dine! Can you accommodate large parties? Yes, most of our restaurants have open floor plans which accommodate a few large parties (seven or more) for dining at quieter times such as for early lunch immediately after we open (11 or 11:30AM) or for weekday afternoons (3-5PM). Parties are seated in order of arrival based on party size. We do not take large party reservations for dining during busy times such as evenings, weekends, holidays or special event seasons such as prom or graduation. However, there are a few other off-peak times when we would be happy to accommodate your large party, so please call your local restaurant and speak to a manager. We will be happy to answer any questions for you! What is Cheesecake Rewards®? Cheesecake Rewards® is our exciting new program available in the United States, including Puerto Rico! Members receive access to reservations, a free slice of cheesecake on their birthday with any purchase, plus personalized surprises throughout the year. Most of our restaurants close on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day so our staff who celebrate these holidays can enjoy them with their families.
